由聯(lián)合國(guó)工業(yè)發(fā)展組織全球投資與技術(shù)促進(jìn)辦公室網(wǎng)絡(luò)（UNIDO ITPO Network）發(fā)起的“創(chuàng)新思維與技術(shù)應(yīng)對(duì)新冠疫情”全球倡議獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)目名單將于7月14日重磅揭曉。該倡議旨在全球范圍內(nèi)征集并推廣最具創(chuàng)新性的解決方案和可擴(kuò)展技術(shù)，以解決新冠疫情對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家?guī)?lái)的影響，并使其經(jīng)濟(jì)更具復(fù)原力。最終獲勝的4個(gè)項(xiàng)目得到UNIDO全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)的支持，并在意大利2020年歐洲科學(xué)開(kāi)放論壇，以及2021年迪拜世博會(huì)上展示。

1100+項(xiàng)目參與Global Call

來(lái)自5大洲108個(gè)國(guó)家的1100多個(gè)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目參與了UNIDO全球倡議，最終角逐4個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，類(lèi)別為：

突發(fā)衛(wèi)生事件應(yīng)對(duì) (Health Emergency)

能源與環(huán)境 (Energy and Environment)

食品與農(nóng)業(yè) (Food and Agriculture)

具有復(fù)原力的工業(yè)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施 (Resilient Industries and Infrastructure)

項(xiàng)目將從以下五個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行評(píng)選：項(xiàng)目提議的創(chuàng)新性；環(huán)境、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)層面的長(zhǎng)期可持續(xù)性；在不同地域背景下的可持續(xù)性；預(yù)期回報(bào)；申請(qǐng)方已獲得的財(cái)務(wù)投資情況。

許多參與#UNIDOGlobalCall的項(xiàng)目專(zhuān)注應(yīng)對(duì)新冠疫情導(dǎo)致的立即影響，例如通過(guò)監(jiān)測(cè)健康的生物技術(shù)、城市農(nóng)業(yè)模式下的智能物流，來(lái)解決衛(wèi)生危機(jī)、全球食品短缺和供應(yīng)鏈中斷等問(wèn)題。另外一些項(xiàng)目注重長(zhǎng)期解決方案，例如正確處置和回收防護(hù)設(shè)備，可持續(xù)廢物管理，高效的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)和新的分銷(xiāo)渠道，以確保未來(lái)幾年的復(fù)原力和穩(wěn)定性。

2020世界人工智能大會(huì)云端峰會(huì)上，23個(gè)參加“可持續(xù)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與全球合作”項(xiàng)目路演的優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目被UNIDO ITPO Shanghai推薦至UNIDO Global Call，推薦名單如下：

Winners of UNIDO Global Call - “Innovative Ideas and Technologies vs. COVID-19 and beyond”, an initiative by UNIDO's network of Investment and Technology Promotion Offices (ITPOs), will be announced soon. UNIDO Global Call offers an opportunity at an international level to identify and promote innovative solutions contributing to tackle COVID-19 effects in developing countries and make their economies more resilient, in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The final 4 winners will be supported by UNIDO's global network, as well as to showcase their winning projects at the EuroScience Open Forum 2020 in Italy and the EXPO Dubai 2021. 

1000+ projects from 108 countries of 5 continents participated in the UNIDO Global Call to compete for 4 winners in the following categories:

Health Emergency 

Energy and Environment

Food and Agriculture

Resilient Industries and Infrastructures

All submitted proposals are evaluated according to the following 5 criteria: innovative content of the proposal, environmental, social and economic long-term sustainability, scalibility and possibility of extension in different geographical contexts, expected occupational return, and applicants’ financial involvement.

Many proposals focused on the immediate effects of COVID-19 pandemic. They aim to tackle the current sanitary crisis, as well as its severe repercussions on food shortages and supply chains worldwide, by fostering biotechnologies for health monitoring and smart logistics for urban farming models. On the other hand, many submissions promoted fundamental long-term solutions – such as the correct disposal and recycling of protective equipment, sustainable waste management, efficient production systems and new distribution channels – to ensure a successful recovery and stability in the years to come.

At the 2020 World Artificial Intelligence Conference Summit Online, 23 outstanding projects participated in "Inclusive and Sustainable Industrial Development (ISID) Technology Global Roadshow" were recommended to UNIDO Global Call by ITPO Shanghai.
